SUBASTA CONDICIONADA Y PRESENCIAL AYTO DE RIAÑO

Con motivo de la celebración de la subasta de caza presencial y CONDICIONADA a través del portal de Subastasdecaza.com, que celebrará el Ayuntamiento de Riaño el Sábado día 05 de Abril de 2025 en el salón de plenos del Ayuntamiento de Riaño, y en la labor constante de asesoramiento a las entidades propietarias de terrenos incluidos en las Reservas Regionales de Caza de CyL, se PARALIZAN los cierres de nuevas subastas online hasta la semana del 7 de Abril, semana en la que volveremos a RETOMAR LOS CIERRES de nuevas subastas online para toda la Red de Reservas.

El lunes 31 de Marzo se publicarán nuevos lotes bajo la modalidad de subasta online “CONDICIONADA” para los lotes de la Reserva Regional de Caza de Riaño.

¿Cuál es la novedad?¿Cómo funcionan las subastas condicionadas?

1.- En este caso se sustituye la modalidad de admitir ofertas en sobre cerrado por la subasta condicionada a través de la plataforma online subastasdecaza.com, a la que se someterán los lotes ofertados, con una fecha de cierre establecido en las propias subastas online.

2.- Al finalizar dicho plazo de ofertas a través de la web subastasdecaza.com, el precio máximo obtenido en dicha puja será considerado como precio de salida en la subasta presencial.

3.- El Lote se adjudicará a la puja más alta obtenida en la subasta presencial, siempre que supere a la puja online. En el caso de que el precio no haya sido superado por el sistema de puja a la llana en la sala de la subasta presencial, la puja ganadora en la plataforma online subastasdecaza.com será la vinculante.

4.- Si finalmente el lote resulta adjudicado a través de la plataforma online subastascecaza.com se seguirá el procedimiento habitual para el pago de lotes que esta plataforma tiene establecido en sus condiciones de uso.

Una vez finalizada la subasta presencial, se elaborará un listado con el resultado final de la misma, indicando el precio de adjudicación de cada lote (pudiendo ser éste resultado de la puja presencial o bien resultado de la puja por internet), de cada una de las Reservas adheridas a dicha modalidad.

En caso de que la puja condicionada realizada por internet no fuera superada en la subasta presencial y pasase a ser vinculante, recibirá un mail para seguir con el proceso online de adjudicación y pago.

On the occasion of the celebration of the face-to-face and CONDITIONAL hunting auction through the Subastasdecaza.com portal, which will be held by the Riaño City Council on Saturday, April 05, 2025 in the plenary hall of the Riaño City Council, and in the constant work of advising the entities that own land included in the CyL Regional Hunting Reserves,  the closures of new online auctions are PARALYZED until the week of April 7, the week in which we will RESUME THE CLOSURES of new online auctions for the entire Booking Network.

On Monday, March 31, new lots will be published under the "CONDITIONED" online auction modality for the lots of the Riaño Regional Hunting Reserve.
What's new? How do conditional auctions work?
1.- In this case, the modality of accepting bids in a sealed envelope is replaced by the conditional auction through the online platform subastasdecaza.com, to which the lots offered will be submitted, with a closing date established in the online auctions themselves.
2.- At the end of this bidding period through the subastasdecaza.com website, the maximum price obtained in said bid will be considered as the starting price in the face-to-face auction.
3.- The Lot will be awarded to the highest bid obtained in the face-to-face auction, provided that it exceeds the online bid. In the event that the price has not been exceeded by the plain bidding system in the face-to-face auction room, the winning bid on the online platform will subastasdecaza.com be the binding one.
4.- If the lot is finally awarded through the online platform subastascecaza.com the usual procedure for the payment of lots that is available will be followed.
Once the face-to-face auction has ended, a list will be drawn up with the final result of the auction, indicating the award price of each lot (which may be the result of the face-to-face bidding or the result of the online bidding), of each of the Reserves adhered to this modality.
In the event that the conditional bid made online is not passed in the face-to-face auction and becomes binding, you will receive an email to continue with the online award and payment process.
