What's New HUNTER SERVICES BASIC PACKAGE

The BASIC PACKAGE OF HUNTER SERVICES is modified to include the amount of the Type A (BC) hunting license fee, in accordance with the current regulations governing Hunting and Fishing licenses in Castilla y León (Spain), through which the current amount of the Hunting (Type A (BC) and B (BG)) and Fishing (BP) license fee is discounted to 100%,  through the extension to the financial years 2024 and 2025, also extending the period of validity of the same from 1 to 5 years.

Access to the BASIC PACKAGE OF HUNTER SERVICES

The rebate on the amount of fees for class A and B hunting licences and for the fishing licence provided for in the first additional provision of Law 2/2022, of 1 December, on tax reductions in the Community of Castilla y León, was extended to the financial years 2024 and 2025 by Law 2/2023,  of 9 November, in its additional provision.

On the other hand, with the entry into force of LAW 1/2023, of 24 February, on Tax, Financial and Administrative Measures, section 1 of article 92 of Law 12/2001, of 20 December, was amended, establishing a "five-year" validity for type A, B and regional fishing hunting licences.

Regarding the amount of the Inter-regional licenses, also valid to hunt in a Regional Reserve in CyL, there is no novelty, the application amounts regulated in the regulations are maintained.
