Se recuerda, que la puntuación fiscal obtenida de la medición en verde no tiene porque coincidir con las valoraciones realizadas por las diferentes Juntas de Homologación de Trofeos, de acuerdo a las fórmulas C.I.C (Consejo Internacional de la Caza).

Se incluye en el precio de salida el PAQUETE BÁSICO de servicios al cazador, establecidos por RESOLUCIÓN de 05 de diciembre de 2017, de la Dirección General del Medio Natural, por la que se establece el importe correspondiente a los gastos necesarios para el control del aprovechamiento en la Red de Reservas Regionales.

La cuota complementaria no está incluida y será liquidada por el titular del permiso en el momento de la caza mediante tarjeta bancaria, en función de la puntuación de la pieza cobrada de acuerdo a la ORDEN FYM/436/2014, de 19 de mayo, por la que se regula el ordenado aprovechamiento cinegético y el ejercicio de la caza en las Reservas Regionales de Caza de Castilla y León.

Tanto el precio de adjudicación como la cuota complementaria (en su caso) será considerado como BASE IMPONIBLE, al precio de adjudicación se le incrementará el 21%IVA. 

La cesión de un permiso de caza deberá notificarse por escrito a la Dirección Técnica, debiendo identificar el adjudicatario del permiso al nuevo cazador mediante nombre completo y numero DNI, indicando el código y fecha del permiso de caza cedido como mínimo con 10 días de antelación a la fecha de caza. Como norma general NO se podrán hacer intercambios ni cesiones a favor de un tercero que no sea el objeto de identificar al cazador a nombre de quién irá el permiso de caza. Se podrá tirar del siguiente cazador reserva por orden de subasta en caso de incumplimiento de condiciones del titular, al objeto de dar cumplimineto a las condiciones de enajenación.

The complementary fee is not included and will be paid by the permit holder at the time of hunting by bank card, depending on the score of the piece charged in accordance with ORDER FYM/436/2014, of 19 May, which regulates the orderly hunting use and the exercise of hunting in the Regional Hunting Reserves of Castilla y León. The assignment of a hunting permit must be notified in writing to the Technical Directorate, and the awardee of the permit must identify the new hunter by full name and ID number, indicating the code and date of the hunting permit granted at least 10 days before the hunting date. As a general rule, exchanges or assignments may NOT be made in favor of a third party other than the object of identifying the hunter in whose name the hunting permit will go. The next reserve hunter may be pulled in order of auction in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of the owner, in order to comply with the conditions of sale.
